Are the products and services guaranteed?
Full lawn care or pest control programs come with a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Also, if you are unhappy with your application, we will reapply for free. Just let us know within 15 days after the treatment. Please give the treatment a minimum of three days before you call, so the application has sufficient time to take effect.
How long should I wait to go on the lawn?
Families and pets can return to the service area immediately after fertilizing the lawn. However, please wait until the lawn is dry, usually two hours, before returning to the lawn after it's been sprayed for weeds. The time of the application can be found on the invoice the technician will leave on your door handle.
Will rain or watering affect my application?
We recommend not watering for at least two hours following liquid weed control applications. Typically, dry time occurs in two hours, but can vary depending on the weather. Our liquid weed control treatment is a water-based chemical and water shouldn't significantly affect the quality or performance of the product. After the fertilizer application, the first rain or watering will activate the product. The fertilizer will remain dormant until rainfall or watering occurs.
How long should I wait to mow my lawn?
You can mow immediately after aeration or fertilization. However, we recommend waiting at least 24 hours after a weed control application before mowing to ensure the weed control product reaches the root system. In addition, the longer you wait to mow after a weed control application, the more effective the application will be.
When are applications applied?
The timing of lawn applications is key, and each round will happen within a 30-45 day window. Services will typically occur 4-6 weeks apart, but you may get two services closer together if you receive multiple programs. All of our programs are carefully scheduled and we will never schedule out of the seasonal time frame that will guarantee the performance of the product, and the quality of the service.
How do I renew my service?
Services are set to renew automatically each year. In January, February and March all customers receive a letter and postcard notifying them of the services that have been auto-renewed, and a prepay discount offer for the following season.
